“I know.” Su Huiqing had just showered and was drying her hair with one hand while speaking to Dugu Yusheng with the other.

Upon hearing Yu Shijin’s voice, she told Dugu Yusheng before ending the call. She walked towards Yu Shijin. “I’ve asked Chi Yue to investigate what happened before. That’s strange. He can’t find anything.”

Yu Shijin’s face remained impassive. “Since you can’t find out, don’t force it.”

“Persistence?” Su Huiqing sat on the coffee table in front of him. She placed her legs on the table and bent down to smile at him. That smile melted the evilness on her face, making her look even more seductive. “Who did you say was that person who fell from history?”

Yu Shijin slowly crumpled the paper in his hand into a ball. Other than the dimness in his eyes, there was no change in his expression, and he didn’t reply.

“You can ask me in another way.” Yu Shijin heaved a sigh of relief when he saw her retreating.

Yu Shijin frowned and was about to speak.

At this moment, Su Huiqing continued to wipe her hair. She tilted her head to look at him and gave him a lazy smile. “This is the first time I’ve seen someone so excited after reading a document.”
